We hereby inform you that our company has received letter No. 989 dated April 20, 2026, from the mobile operator Perfectum, as well as letter No. 01576/26-I dated July 16, 2026, from the mobile operator Beeline, regarding changes in the cost of SMS notification services for subscribers of Perfectum and Beeline for all content providers.

As you are aware, SMS messages are delivered through mobile operators' networks. Therefore, the cost of our SMS notification service is directly determined by the tariffs provided by the respective mobile operators for sending SMS messages. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence price changes implemented by the mobile operators.

In this regard, we hereby notify you that the cost of SMS notification services for Perfectum and Beeline subscribers will change effective August 1, 2026.

New prices effective August 1, 2026:

• Service SMS:
  Perfectum — UZS 110
  Beeline — UZS 160

• Advertising SMS:
  Perfectum — UZS 110
  Beeline — UZS 350

The cost of SMS messages for other mobile operators remains unchanged.

To ensure that the cost of SMS messages is correctly reflected in the billing system, the new prices will take effect exactly at 00:00 on August 1, 2026.
