PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY!!!

According to letter No. 11-02-4/3287 dated 06/10/2022 from the Ucell mobile operator for all content providers, we inform you about the introduction of new rules and tariff changes for Ucell subscribers. In particular:

From August 1, 2022:

1. Now all Ucell SMS messages are divided into 2 categories: “Service” and “Advertising".
- SMS service message – are all SMS messages that contain information: with confirmation codes / password / order number; information about payments and transactions; warnings about certain events or situations, and so on.
- Promotional SMS message – are all Advertising-type SMS messages that contain information about: promotion of products and services; informing subscribers about promotions, discounts, updates; holiday greetings, etc.

2. All SMS messages included in the “Promotional” category will be counted for 115 soums for each SMS message sent to Ucell subscribers.

3. The tariff for all SMS messages included in the “Service” category does not change and remains the same according to the tariff.

4. Due to the division of messages into “Service” and “Advertising” categories, we have studied all SMS messages from our customers to date (a lot of work has been done) and divided them into categories. You can see the entire list of your SMS texts (templates) in the new Sms - My Texts section of your personal account. my.eskiz.uz .

5. In addition, in our billing system, the SMS notification balance was divided into 2 parts:
- Price for all operators, including Ucell for the “Service” category – according to the tariff
- The price for Ucell subscribers only for the “Promotional” category is 115 soums

6. After categorizing all SMS messages from our clients, the entire list was submitted to the Ucell mobile operator for moderation (for approval by them and the addition of all texts (templates) to their system). Now all the approved and entered texts of SMS messages in the Ucell system are in my.eskiz.uz They are displayed as 2 statuses: “Approved by Ucell" or “Confirmed".
- The status “Approved by Ucell" is indicated if the text is included in the Service category.
- The “Confirmed" status is indicated if the text is included in the Advertising category.

7. Henceforth, every time before sending new SMS messages (which have not yet been approved), through the cabinet or through the SMS gateway (API), you always need to provide a text for moderation. In addition, in the future, if you want to change the approved text of a message, or change even one letter/character in it, you will need to recreate a new template and approve it in a new way.

8. You can find detailed instructions on providing Texts for Ucell moderation in the Sms - My Texts section of your personal account. my.eskiz.uz . Templates will usually be moderated within 1 business day.

9. All Service SMS messages (50 soums) that have not been approved and entered into the Ucell mobile operator's system, according to Ucell's policy, will now be automatically withdrawn/spent at 115 soums for each SMS message.
